Red Seeds

Last Monday, I attended a talk regarding my scholarship at DECTAR. However, that day was a public holiday for us in Selangor because it was Sultan Selangor's birthday. Therefore, there were no buses available in the campus. Nak tak nak, I had to walk from my college to DECTAR. Wasn't that far, phewww~ Used to walk in the campus many times with my friend before this. :)

So, on my way back to college after the talk had finished, I found these red seeds on the pedestrian walkway. It reminded me when I was a kid. I liked to collect these seeds at the back of our church with my cousin during mass. Yeah, I didn't pay attention in the church back then. :P My cousin and I will compete, who can collect the most of these red seeds. :') Good times.

I don't know what do they call this but this seed is hard when pressed and I never try to break it and to see what's inside. I don't think it can be eaten anyway. -.-" I don't know. These seeds are in some kind of curly stalks. When the stalk is ripe enough, it will fall down from the branch of the tree and the red seeds can be pulled out from that stalk. T___T What a way to explain.
